What's new in 2 weeks? - 5 new things I've found that you might like.

5. Kashi Go Lean Crunch

I've tried both varieties. The original and the Honey Almond Flax variation. If you need get some babies dropping, or would just like to increase your fiber/protein intake I would recommend these cereals.

Marks on taste alone of course won't be as high as say Frosted Flakes or Apple Jacks. However, it does have a bit more sugar compared to it's other Kashi brethren by a few grams or so. Subsequently tasting a lot better IMHO.

Honey Almond Flax goes down with a Honey Smacks aftertaste. Original has more of a cinnamon one.

One pitfall of the cereal is that it is a bit hard. One work around is to eat it with milk. The texture is much improved after 10-15 seconds of bathing.

In the universe that is eating healthy, sacrifices and exceptions are made and passed over. This cereal is one sacrifice I can easily make.

4. Breyers all natural Fruit Swirls Fruit Bars

After a hard workout these are pretty noice! 40 calories per bar, which are decently sized. I like these compared to the regular singular flavor choices because I end up getting tired of them after a while. That usually leads to me discovering it a month or two later, still in my freezer, looking like a blizzard committed hit and run on my fruit bar.

All of the flavors taste great, the combinations are orange/strawberry, blueberry/lemon, lemon/strawberry and strawberry/blueberry.

A box will come with 2 of each flavor.

Ok, enough about food FFS. Making myself hungry. Mm.. Water.. drink.. let the thoughts float away..

3. Good Reads - book review website

Brains count for something. If nothing more than demonstrating your intellectual capacity to the opposite sex. Well, for most woman/men I believe. You can also be hip, stylish, nerdy, studious..
WHAT YOU READ SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU!!
If you want it to. So, if you want to share a page-flipping review of a book you just got through, or are looking for scholorly guidance on the most complex book to grace man kind, check the site out.

If you are lucky, some of the books are availible for free download. For me personally I was pretty stoked. Find a book, there is no need to go to a book store, it's free.. Honestly, pretty awesome is it not?

For all you GeekONerdulous' laughing at me for just finding this out, you laugh. Laugh well my friend, I'll find you one day out on a basketball court, or running around the track. You'll pull out your e-book reader thingy and I'll know it's you. Then it's all over bud.. trust.

2. Feedbooks - e-book download site

So this follows #3. Searchable database with free downloadable e-books. I'm sorry, this is just.. hrmm.. Free, books. I'm kinda happy, honestly. Free.. books.. Books.. that I can keep.. for free..

Seriously! free books! cartwheel in real life with me? serious.. just one.. the half turn ones that we learned when we were 5.. k go!

1. Grooveshark - music sampling/internet radio
WTF YOU ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THIS TOO?
Damn, you are pretty with it. Props to you. Take 5 seconds give yourself a pat on the back.

For those of you who aren't interweb afficianados. Groove shark serves a dual purpose. If a song is located within it's digital library you can listen to it, share it and add it to a playlist. It also is like Pandora (Music Genome Project), in it's ability through the "auto play" function to suggest music based on your previous songs.

You can thank me later for helping you to find an obscure band playing jamaican death metal..

Oh and it's easy to share via twitter, all the more reason to pay homage.
